B&T helped do a full overhaul of Yamini’s Menswear’s backend and front end store logistics. They started out with a 0.22% conversion rate, even though the business was offering some amazing deals.
The people who had previously set up the Shopify store hadn’t correctly connected and updated the backend, resulting in SKUs being missing, sizing variants being incorrect, inventory being inaccurate, product descriptions, and titles being incongruent.
