Luxury Fragrance House

  • Situation: A high-end fragrance house lacked the "Premium" feel required to scale. The storefront and email flows felt like mid-market DTC, with UX glitches and generic copy that devalued the product.

    Task: Realign the digital ecosystem (Web + Email) to reflect a true luxury brand identity before launching customer acquisition.

    Action:

    • CRO & UI: Fixed navigation bugs and image scaling; refined color palettes for a minimalist, "luxury-first" UI.

    • Email Infrastructure: Redesigned Klaviyo flow foundations with sensory-driven copy and elevated visuals.

    • Copywriting: Replaced generic "sales" language with brand-aligned storytelling across all touchpoints.

Result: A cohesive, trust-focused foundation ready to convert high-ticket traffic at scale.

Yamini's Menswear

Online Luxury Menswear Store

When B&T inherited Yamini's Menswear's Shopify store, the problem wasn't a messy storefront. It was a product architecture that had quietly collapsed under its own complexity.

Suits carried size, inseam, fit, and length variants. Shirts tracked collar size, sleeve length, and fit. But the logic connecting them was inconsistent at best and contradictory at worst.

  • The same physical size existed under different SKU formats across product categories.

  • Single SKUs mapped to multiple products.

  • Multiple SKUs mapped to the same one.

  • When a customer placed an order, Shopify was deducting inventory from the wrong variant — meaning the store was selling stock it didn't have and couldn't fulfill what it had sold.

The warehouse counts didn't match the system. Marketing was running campaigns against phantom inventory. Refunds were climbing. Customer service was absorbing the fallout.

B&T rebuilt it from the ground up.

That meant standardizing every naming convention and variant structure across the catalog, ensuring each SKU mapped cleanly to exactly one physical inventory unit.

  • It meant sitting with the warehouse manager, counting physical tags, and reconciling those counts against what Shopify believed existed.

  • It meant building a master SKU control sheet — a single source of truth for product category, sizing, color, fit, inventory status, and preorder eligibility.

  • And it meant implementing clear in-stock vs. preorder logic so marketing could run campaigns without operations quietly breaking behind them.

What came out the other side wasn't a cleaned-up store.

It was a stable product infrastructure — one where fulfillment worked, inventory was accurate, and the business could actually scale.
